All of our barbecued meats are slow smoked for up to 14 hours, which tends to give the meat a reddish pink color.
Please notify us 48 hours in advance for orders of 5 pounds or more.

         • Helpful Hint –Brisket is a very lean cut, and should be served ASAP.  Reheating may dry out the meat.
